Returns & refunds policy

1. Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason. This period is counted from the day you receive the goods.

2. Conditions for returned goods

• The product has not been used and has not lost its appearance;
• The product is undamaged and the original packaging is intact;
• The returned product is in the same configuration as received.

3. Hygiene products

Given the nature of the goods, opened (unsealed) tests may not be returnable for hygiene and health-protection reasons once unsealed after delivery. Unopened goods are returnable under the general procedure.

4. How to return a product

To return a product, contact us at glowwylietuva@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once the return is agreed, send the product to: Subačiaus g. 6-4, Vilnius (via Omniva parcel terminal or courier).

5. Refunds

Money for returned goods of proper quality is refunded no later than 14 days after the product is returned, to the account indicated by the buyer.

6. Return costs

When returning goods of proper quality, the buyer covers the return (shipping) costs. If the product is defective or incorrect, the seller covers the return costs.

7. Defective goods

If you notice a defect or receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at glowwylietuva@gmail.com. Defective goods are exchanged or refunded in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
